The Bienville Group was formed in December of 2004 to perform complex medical billing and collections for a new health care company in Lower Alabama. Shortly after its inception, The Bienville Group was expanded to include Practice Management and Health Care Consulting.

The practice of medicine has become more complex; many physicians now opt to outsource the back office portion of their practice as a way to lower costs, improve performance and increase profits.
